This role will be primarily responsible for enhancing the reporting infrastructure and insights required to enable improved effectiveness of campaigns. You will liaise with marketing, BIS and front-line contact centre teams to create, develop, track and enhance outbound campaigns with a view to optimizing results, both in terms of costs and sales.

Reporting to the Contact Manager within the Business Information Solutions (BIS) team, this position is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Define and shape outbound campaigns with marketing managers
  • Extract contact lists for input into the outbound dialer
  • Report on the performance of campaign activities, highlighting issues and recommending future activity
  • Liaise closely with the contact centre, marketing managers, and colleagues in BIS to ensure that campaigns are successfully implemented
  • Define and enhance processes for making the implementation and reporting of campaigns more efficient, easier and transparent
  • Analyse outbound call statistics in conjunction with member demographics and sales outcomes to define outbound contact strategies

 

What are we looking for?

  • Commercial experience in connecting, interpreting and presenting data, particularly within a sales or marketing-related support function
  • Ability to analyse complex issues and trends, and make appropriate business recommendations
  • Ability to think strategically with good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to produce statistical tables and graphs
  • Strong relationship management experience, with ability to collaborate, negotiate and influence
  • Priority management and the ability to manage projects to completion
