Essentially, you will be responsible for
- Driving the identification of business impacts
- Identify the change scope and document an appropriate change approach
- Complete an assessment of the organisational readiness for the changes being implemented by the program/project.
- Engage with key stakeholders.
- Manage sign off of communication content by the appropriate stakeholders
- Determine business readiness activities and complete relevant business readiness checkpoints/interventions
- Complete a Learning Needs Analysis for the Journey.
- Design and develop any required training content for the Journey as required, and manage training scheduling and logistics.
