Our team of coaches are proven at lifting the capability and performance of leaders “in the field” – this is at the heart of what STS offers our Clients and gives us a unique capacity to help Clients align strategic intent with operational results.
We are growing on the back of strong results and are looking to expand our pool of qualified and experienced Leadership & Business Coaches in Queensland, Melbourne and Sydney. Most assignments are focused on providing coaching support for operational leaders on project sites or head offices, with an emphasis on lifting individual and team capability, standards and focus.
These opportunities will suit persons with significant operations management and/or leadership experience with a strong learning orientation and practical coaching approach. Our existing team are quite diverse – including persons with operational leadership experience in sectors such as Mining, Construction, the ADF and from disciplines including operations, health & safety, financial/commercial, HR, LEAN/continuous improvement and psychology. Common to all suitable applicants must be the ability to form effective coaching relationships with project-based leaders in the industry cultures in which we operate.
These opportunities are contracting opportunities available to organisations and individuals operating their own successful coaching consultancies who are motivated by taking on challenges to make a clear difference with blue chip organisations and working as a part of a diverse team. Engagement is very flexible, includes part time and could suit those with other commitments. Opportunities range from several days or weeks to 6-8 month assignments at 5-15 days per month, with repeat opportunities available. Resource sector opportunities are likely to require travel to regional areas on a FIFO basis.
