The Role:
The successful candidates will have experience in IT procurement/ contracting. They will be assisting with IT contracting - including identifying vendors, assisting with tenders, review of tenders and negotiation of commercial terms.
Accountabilities
· Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and processes to ensure effective IT sourcing and acquisition is undertaken.
· Provide expert advice and consultancy on sourcing and acquisition management.
· Identify business issues that relate to sourcing and provide support and leadership in their resolution.
· Develop maintain and manage key relationships with vendors and IT service providers as well as key internal and external stakeholders.
· Participate in and lead IT acquisition processes and renewals including the negotiation of the Terms and Conditions and commercial arrangements.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
· Demonstrates well developed knowledge of IT sourcing strategies and management.
· Has comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the IT Service Provider and Vendor marketplace, including outsourcing contracts.
· Shows considerable understanding of IT related contractual frameworks and practices.
