Our client, a leading, reputable and well-known brand in their market are currently looking for an exceptional Senior Manager. You will be responsible for a team of up to ten analysts, you will drive analytical solutions within the insights and analytics function across marketing and direct merchandising locally and globally.
The remit of the role has the breadth and strategic scope of roles ordinarily found within strategy consultancy firms, This is a unique opportunity to assist the organisation in developing their commercial strategy through analytics with accountabilities that will include
- To lead and build out a team of up high performing analysts
- To drive insights and analytics capability both locally and globally
- Be responsible for identifying actionable growth opportunities
- Be responsible for setting the overall strategy for cross channel conversion
To be successful for this position you will have;
- 7-10 years proven experience within analytics and insights with at least 3 years previous management experience.
- A superior understanding of analytics applied in a cross channel marketing environment
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in using various analytical tools and a comprehensive understanding of when is best for these to be applied.
- Demonstrable experience creating actionable data driven insights for digital.
- Ability to understand, communicate and influence stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast moving, high performing environment.
- Ability to observe and interpret customer behaviour through data and understand the customer journey.
