JOB LOCATION:

EHS Support has a unique setup offering all staff the ability to have home offices allowing them the flexibility to meet today’s challenging work life balance. The company began in the USA (2006) and Australia (2012) and more recently in the UK and Belgium (2016) and New Zealand (2018).  In Australia, our staff are in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth with a central project office in Melbourne CBD. As such and ideally, the successful candidate would be based in Melbourne.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Regional Project and Operations Coordinator you will be tasked with providing business, operational, and administrative support to the EHS Support team, focusing on the Australian and New Zealand Operations. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Undertake technical editing and formatting to ensure consistent and quality client deliverables.
  • Assist service lines with marketing and business development initiatives including proposal formatting, newsletter development, website updates and analytics.
  • Help support Project Managers maintain deliverable schedules as well as data entry activities.
  • Utilize the Microsoft 365 tools and Virtual Communications Model to track and maintain information and deliverables for internal and external clients
  • Assist with new and existing staff integration

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

For the right candidate a tertiary degree is not essential, however, at least 5 years (preferably more) quality experience within the environmental consulting industry are essential.  A degree in environmental science (or similar) would be well received. You will have effective technical editing and formatting skills and a customer service mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, OneNote and SharePoint is essential. Other requirements to succeed are:

  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and co-workers
  • Organization, time management, and attention to detail.
