The Circulation team is the distribution and analytical arm of Bauer Media, Australia’s leading magazine publisher. The fast paced and rewarding environment is the perfect place to get an introduction to publisher services as well as interact daily with many different parts of the Network and Bauer business.
The role of the Graduate Sales & Distribution Analyst is to drive the circulation performance of Bauer magazines through providing analytical support and insights to drive the allocation strategy, and to execute allocations within the distribution systems to meet that strategy. The key emphasis is on maintaining efficient distribution to ensure copy supplies are optimised to minimise both returned copies and sell-outs. You will provide your expert statistical analysis on all aspect of the business - sales, product, category, regional and promotional performance. Your pro-active approach will help you identify opportunities and provide meaningful recommendations to enhance future business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Category Circulation Manager to develop circulation strategy
- Support Category Circulation Manager in the provision of insights to publishing teams
- Measure and report performance of titles against the circulation strategy
- Use the results to enhance the circulation performance of Bauer titles
