Our Change team is looking for a talented Change Implementation Manager to work on various strategic projects across Motor and Property Claims for a period of 6-12 months with the likelihood of an extension.

The opportunity
This role is pivotal in delivering transformational projects in our Claims space. Working closely with a Portfolio Change Lead you’re primary focus will be on the introduction of a new Motor Assessing Platform. The key responsibilities will be including, but not limited to the following:
- Working closely with the the relevant business units to manage the changes required across the implementation program;
- Reviewing and implementing the change impact assessment, any transition requirements and document results
- Working with the change management team and stream leads to prepare impacted groups for change
- Developing change communication plans
- Conducting workshops across different levels of the business
- Support the development of key stakeholder understanding and acceptance of change
- Completing all required tools and templates to manage the change effectively.
What does success look like?
- Experience and knowledge of training principles, methods, tools and implementation strategies
- Success in partnering with leaders and stakeholders to complete and implement sponsor roadmaps, manage resistance, drive communications and engagement, coach and prepare training plans and schedules
- Strong analytical capability: being able to conduct and interpret change impact assessments, training needs analyses and stakeholder analyses
- Exposure to large system implementations and system integrations would be highly valued.
