Role:

Area Supervisor (Superintendent) required to plan and execute a turnaround at a large refinery in New Zealand. Starting early September through to March. Residential role not FIFO.  

Skills & Experience:

To be considered a suitable applicant for this position you will have the following skills and experience:

• Previous leadership experience gained within O&G, Refineries or Mining
• Must have comprehensive HSE Management systems and process understanding
• Experience heading workforce of 100 person
• Overseeing permits & isolations
• Experience with work packs including signoff  
• Prior large-scale turnaround / shutdown planning and preparation
• Overseen and lead a team through a turnaround through planning to execution

This is a residential role to be based in New Zealand, you must be able to live and work in New Zealand. The contract will be for circa seven months between September and late March.

All successful candidates will be asked to participate in a Drugs & Alcohol assessment & Pre-Employment medical before commencing employment with HSS.
