About the role
Hypercharge Drive Field Support Technicians will provide field support for the Hypercharge Drive service in the Western Region by ensuring periodic site visits for training, audits, reviews and maintenance support to the unit at the agreed service level; providing phone and onsite support to the customer due to emergency call-outs/breakdowns.
What you will be doing
- Providing field support for clients by performing training, reviews and maintenance support for customer's HcD units on site
- Assist with installation and commissioning of systems with full compliance to Orica & Customer SHEC and Commercial requirements
- Maintain all equipment in accordance with maintenance schedules
- Prompt follow up of customer queries/complaints and maintenance requests
- Participate in safety programs including TAKE 5, JSERA's, JCC"s, AA's and promote safe work practices
- Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements are adhered to
- Ability to work unsupervised
What you bring
- Minimum 3 years experience operating and maintaining Mobile Processing Units.
- Previous exposure to Orica systems and processes (desirable)
- Ability to effectively lead and train small groups
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal
- Sound knowledge of good operational practices and regulatory requirements
- Solid understanding of Orica's SHEC Policy and standards.
- Understand and maintain business quality system.
- Sound knowledge of Orica Operations Systems and Procedures
- Sound knowledge of the mining industry
- HR Drivers licence
