- Fifo into S.A based mines
- Earthmoving/Mining/Civil
- Vehicle provided to right candidate
You will have the opportunity to work on a large range of earthmoving equipment working within the mining/civil/earthmoving industry supporting our Horsham based workshop.
In this position you will be responsible for the servicing repair and maintenance of mobile plant equipment including fault finding and diagnostics to assist the prevention of break downs or unexpected down time of equipment.
At times you will be working autonomously within your role and therefore must show initative and a strong understanding of the plant.
You will need the following attributes
- 3 years mine site experience or be dealer trained (preferably caterpillar)
- Strong commitment to safety
- Competent in electrical and hydraulic repairs
- Competent in field service
- Able to work in a team or independently
- Heavy diesel mechanic trade qualification essential
- Heavy vehicle drivers licence preferred
- Caterpillar experience preferred but not essential
