Our Resources team provides a range of civil, structural mechanical, materials handling and electrical engineering design and project management services to mining and resources clients around Australia. 
  
Due to growth, we are currently seeking a Substation Design Manager to join our Adelaide based engineering team.

About the role:

• Manage and coordinate subject matter experts and contractors for Transmission infrastructure designs
• Manage all aspects of technical risks on a project
• Develop detailed scopes of works
• Engage with key stakeholders and align to business objectives
• Provide technical governance for construction and energisation works

  
About you:

• 8-14 years’ experience in utilities or HV design environment
• Experience and knowledge of local transmission standards will be highly regarded
• Experience with substation brownfield upgrades
• Understanding of primary and secondary systems
• Flexible thinker who can be adaptive to varying scale of projects
• Very collaborative approach and able to engage with many stakeholders
