AES Equipment Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of NRW Holding Ltd, specialising in the servicing and refurbishing of heavy earth moving equipment and custom manufacturing of water trucks and service modules for the resources and construction industries. Our facility in Hazelmere, Perth, is one of the largest undercover workshops in Western Australia and is equipped with the latest technology. All work is carried out by highly experienced, qualified technicians, on and off site, ensuring first class work to meet the most exacting client specifications.
AES is now seeking an experienced Service Support Coordinator to join the team in their Hazelmere office on a full time basis.
As a Service Support Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with customers to establish requirements for quotations and estimates
- Developing quotations including variations and present them to customers in a correct and timely manner
- Assisting the Workshop Manager with booking in jobs to determine turnaround times and completion dates on customer expectations
- Communicating regularly with customers to inform them of job progress and any changes to delivery dates
- Reviewing & analysing completed job packs to ensure that performance reflects senior management margin criteria and is accepted and approved by the customer before passing for invoicing.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to foster on-going business
- Undertaking further duties as directed by the Workshop Manager
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience quoting, estimating and planning heavy duty mechanical repair work through a workshop environment
- Heavy Duty Fitting trade qualification with a minimum of 10 years’ experience working on Caterpillar, Komatsu and/or Hitachi equipment
- Strong business and technical acumen
- Strong computer skills (MS office suite)
- An understanding of auto electrical and/or fabrication principles
- Previous Experience operating under an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
