Experienced Village Managers Wanted
Experienced Village Managers wanted, FIFO experience essential.
Hays are the recruiting experts within the Building Maintenance and Service sector. We are currently looking for mining camp Village Managers to be part of our award winning clients' relief pools.
These roles are temp/casual positions, fly-in-fly-out from Perth, usually on a 2:1 roster depending on site requirements. Due to the casual nature of these roles, you must reside in the Perth region.
You will be be responsible for overseeing the village and excel at people management with strong negotiation and problem solving skills. You will be a safety leader with a through understanding of food safety and HSE legislation. You will have well developed leadership skills and be able to motivate and assist your team. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Essential Tickets & Licences Needed:
- Manual drivers licence
- Approved Manager License
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Ticket
