NRW is now seeking an experienced Mining Production Supervisor to join the team at our mining project located in the Gascoyne region.
As a Production Mining Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of mobile plant operators.
- Ensuring safe productivity and meeting daily targets.
- Runing daily pre-start meetings.
- Maintaining a high level of safety standards at all times.
- Implementing best practice procedures by streamlining processes to maximise production.
- Providing coaching and development strategies.
To be considered for this position you will require:
- Relevant Supervisory experience in a previous role.
- Previous experience working on a gold project.
- Experience in the operation of Caterpillar and Hitachi earth moving equipment.
- Ability to lead, develop and mentor.
- Strong time management skills.
- Sound communication skills with effective organisational skills.
- Sound working knowledge of the Mines Safety Act and Regulations.
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
