Our client is seeking an experienced Leading Hand who holds a heavy duty fitting qualification to join their expanding team on a mine site west of Laverton. They have over 25 years of underground mining contracting experience behind them both locally and globally.

To be considered for this role the candidate must possess leading hand/supervision experience or extensive post trade experience and a want to progress their untapped leadership skills. Ideally the candidate will also have mine site, FIFO and underground experience.

Requirements:

• Trade Certificate (Essential)
• Working at Heights (Essential)
• Senior First Aid (Essential)
• C Class Drivers License (Essential)
• Experience working with: Sandvik DD421 Jumbos, Sandvik or CAT Boggers, CAT Trucks, Normet Chargeup Vehicles, CAT IT
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Mine site/Underground experience (preferred) 
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical/DAS screen
• National Police Clearance (Within 6 months)

$57/hr but negotiable
