A growing International Metals Group currently requires a Mine Planning Engineer for their growing East Coast underground base metals operation.
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for mine planning, including stope design, budgeting, updating the LOM, feasibility studies & development and more.
Operating on a FIFO 8/6 roster from East Coast Australia (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne preferred), you'll enjoy a great lifestyle opportunity at an established underground hardrock operation enjoying substantial reinvestment and capital projects. You will be provided ongoing professional development and industry leading mentoring from highly respected technical leaders. An attractive remuneration package is provided.
As the ideal candidate, you will be a tertiary qualified mining engineer with a strong background in underground mine planning with proficiency in mine planning software, e.g. Datamine, Surpac.
