About the Company
This company is one of China's largest investors and asset owners within renewable energy, energy efficiency and environmental protection projects.  Through multiple subsidiaries in 40 countries around the world they own a vast amount of renewable energy assets focused around large scale wind and solar farms.

About the role
Based in Sydney with some national and international travel you will help establish the asset management function for the Australian operation with particular focus on a recently built large scale wind farm.

Duties

• Maximise output and availability of the wind farm
• Line management of a site representative
• Contract and relationship management with key O&M contractor
• Ensure projects remain compliant within their DA approval conditions
• Manage engagement with the local communities
• Report to senior management - national and international stake holders
• Input on further asset development / acquisition 

Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualification within relevant engineering or commercial discipline
• Experience managing wind, solar or other power generation assets within the Australian market
• Good working knowledge of the NEM
• Ability to work within international stake holders
