Tidal Solutions are seeking interest from those candidates that have a Mechanical trade certificate with a minimum of 6 years in a Management / Supervisory role
The Mechanical Supervisor role is a key leadership role. This role is accountable for the safe and effective delivery of a project delivered by a project team.
The teams may comprise of varying skills and levels of experience. Responsibilities can include daily task allocation, rostering, Supervision, on the job training and reporting with being part of a team. Developing future potential and growth of the business.
The role is based in Perth with on site requirements on a regular basis to carry on project and shutdown works as and when required for the mining industry.
Must be able to demonstrate previous Skills / experience as per the list below but not limited to;
- Liaise with other Tidal Solution Project Mangers / Supervisors to coordinate and monitor workflow operations.
- Complete Budget Estimates, Schedules and safe Work Procedures when required, assisting Project Managers, Estimators with compiling budget estimates with resources and tooling requirements.
- Carry out mobilisation and demobilisation duties for job tools equipment and consumables.
- Good communication skills written and verbal.
- Physically mobile and reasonable level of fitness.
- Punctual, Reliable and flexible with working hours and days.
- Present a profession image to clients and public at large.
- Ensure agreement to and ongoing compliance to Company Alcohol and illegal substance testing – Fitness for Work and other departmental policies and procedures and to agree to submit to random testing/screening at any time whilst at work.
- Section 44 – Appointed Person Training
- Must successfully pass a Pre-Employment Medical. This Medical will additionally include, but is not limited to Hearing and Spiro musculoskeletal.
