Shutdown Supervisor
The Supervisor Shutdown will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for the integration of the Shutdown Readiness at Cloudbreaks OPF
This role aims to deliver a shutdown with the following aspect: safety, quality, environmentally friendly, adherence to schedule and within budget.
Roster 8/6
FIFO ex Perth to Cloudbreak
Key accountabilities will include:
- Ensuring Department KPI's are met through strong leadership.
- Ensure the delivery of quality Asset Management plans to maintain required plant availability and throughput.
- Ensure Delivery and execution of highly successful Ore Handling Plant Shutdowns.
- Contribute to monitoring budgets and tracking expenditure
- Leading continuous improvement activities and providing technical knowledge
Qualifications and skills required:
- Maintenance experience associated with fixed plant, including conveyors, vibrating screens, crushers and train load out circuits
- SAP competency
- Solid experience in mining and resources with demonstrated work planning and scheduling skills
- Considerable knowledge of process plant environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
