Our Townsville and Rockhampton division delivers Overhead & Underground Powerline construction & maintenance projects for clients throughout Northern Queensland.

About the role

 To be successful in this role you will be an experienced line worker who possesses the following attributes.

• Show high regard for personal safety and the safety of others to the ensure work area is free of hazards.
• Ensure all work is done to high safety, quality & environmental standards
• As an experienced Cert III Linesman you will assist in the delivery of Electrical Network Construction & Maintenance Projects
• Provide High & Low Voltage linesman skills to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Work with Overhead Powerline Teams to complete works on various Distribution Network projects.
• Working throughout Northern Queensland in urban, rural and remote locations

About you

• Authorised Cert III (ESI) Distribution Linesman / Trade Qualifications.
• Certified to work in Queensland
• Comply with all Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality requirements always.
• Accept responsibility and be accountable for actions
• Experience in a similar role working on Utility Electrical Networks.
• Current Electrical Work License
• Current Qld High-Risk License
• 9 day fortnight
• Working away from home at times
• Distribution and Transmission experience highly regarded

• Cable Jointer (highly regarded)
• C2 Crane Operator (highly regarded)
• HR Open License (highly regarded)
