NRW is now seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our civil division for a variety of upcoming potential projects. This position would be suited towards a Graduate applicant.

As a Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • The efficient and effective management of the commercial and contractual activities on the project
  • Effective and consistent implementation of the Company’s commercial policies
  • Directing and coordinating all cost engineering, cost reporting and forecasting
  • Preparation of monthly progress claims for work completed
  • Assisting in the preparation of request for quotations for subcontracts and supply items
  • Conducting negotiations with short listed subcontractors and suppliers and arrange and supply contracts to be let
  • Preparation of progress certificates for subcontractors and suppliers
  • Preparation and submission of monthly commercial report to selected Company Executives

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A degree in Construction Management
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Proficiency in MS office, Excel, Word, CAD and PDF software packages
  • A desire to work in a FIFO position if required
  • A proactive approach to self-motivate and perform at a high level at all times
