We are seeking a Contracts Coordinator to join our team at HVO. Reporting to the Supply Superintendent you will reduce the commercial and contractual risks of tendering, purchasing and contracting by securing and implementing optimal commercial and contractual outcomes.
- Responsibilities of this role will include;
- Strategic procurement of a range of goods and services
- Creation and implementation of commercial contracts
- First point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Assist with the implementation of group contracts
- Identification and analysis of improvement and savings opportunities
To be successful in this role you will;
- Have leadership experience in a procurement or contracts role
- Have superior communication and problem solving skills
- Have strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Apply commercial acumen to decisions
- Have a high attention to process and detail
- Act decisively, honestly and with integrity
