- Lifestyle roster 8:6 – day shifts only
- FIFO Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast

The role:
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe operations of the Mobile Maintenance department by supervising the mechanical work components of the maintenance programs and breakdowns within approved cost and time parameters.
What will you be doing?
- Ensure the weekly scheduled maintenance plan is completed.
- Ensure that work orders are completed and returned to the planner.
- Raise work requests and work orders when required.
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure correct availability of parts.
- Manage the process plant mechanical maintenance requirements.
- Distribute daily work to staff and contractors according to skill levels and priority.
- Liaise with the maintenance planner to assist in the development of weekly scheduled plans.
- Assist with the implementation of optimisation and expansion projects as appropriate.
- Participate in root cause analysis of mobile equipment failures.
- Maintain maximum equipment availability through adequate planning and pre work on shut down tasks and high standard of maintenance/repairs.
- Utilise and enhance your teams capabilities
- Work with production on maintenance priority’s availability and opportune times.
- Commit to maintaining health, safety and security standards and principles, both within own workplace and through the identification of potential risks throughout Evolution.

Are you the one?
- Solid experience as a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor
- Only underground experience will be considered
- Current drivers licence
- Competent use of software such as Pronto plus intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel is necessary
- You must also have excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
