At First Grade performance is everything but it is ESSENTIAL you have the following:

Trade Qualification Background
Available to work a rotating (night and day) shift
Available to work swing shifts
Ability to be a team player and adhere to strict safety standards
Reliable & Hard working attitude
Previous experience in the mining industry
NSW Coal Board Medical (form 41) & Standard 11 induction.
Pass D&A test
Any additional tickets or qualifications will prove to be beneficial.
