About the Role
Currently seeking experienced individuals to provide superior, customer service to key clients. The team requires an outgoing, professional and proactive member with experience. This is an opportunityy to work with a highly driven and experienced team in an role with oppotunity for permanency.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare quotations for spares parts and refurbishments
Delivery on time of the spare parts / components and refurbishment of the assigned customer base and or product base
Develop close partnerships with clients
Engage and develop relationships with internal stakeholders
Ensure that all regular reports are completed on time and circulated appropriately
Seek to improve margins on all spare parts products through examination of historical pricing, customer contracts and working with Operations on price reductions
Complete all relevant paperwork for the shipments
Answer all customer enquiries relating to the spare parts including technical questions
Responding to and acting upon urgent site issues
Offer input on the budget for spares as it relates to your region
Key Criteria
SAP Experience
Ability to read Engineering drawings highly regarded
- Negotiation and influencing skill
- Comfortable in seeking out new business from existing clients
- High attention to detail
- Well developed communication skills (written and verbal)
- The ability to work autonomously and display problem solving skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
