Here at Chandler Macleod we are currently seeking applications for Project Mangers in the building service space.
Our client has over 65 years experience in the commercial painting business, they offer affordable painting solutions to a broad range of industries.
They are looking for a Project Manager to joint he team.
You will have possess the following skills/qualifications:
• Experience in project management in small, multi site construction or remedial related projects
• Trade background
• Experience in planning and managing sub contractors
• Strong Contract Admin skills
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proven attention to detail, accurate and patient
• Management and Leadership skills
