Our client, an ASX listed exploration and development company, is offering an exciting “once in a career opportunity”, to be a part of a complete mine start up in a well preserved historical mine site located in South-East Asia. This ground floor project provides the opportunity to play a pivotal role in design and construction of a genuinely world class VMS operation, and will appeal to your desire to forge a lasting legacy within the international mining industry.
Reporting to the Study Manager the Senior Metallurgist will be will play an integral role in the development of the ore processing methodology through feasibility and on into commissioning. You will work closely with the external consultants and feasibility team then move into the construction and operational phases.
Ideally you will have tertiary qualifications in Metallurgy or similar combined with experience in the end to end development of processing procedures and plant.
