We are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Senior HSE Advisors for local Project works in Perth, WA.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful candidates will be mature operators with proven experience in delivering the Electrical and Instrumentation components of these projects. To be successful in this role you must be passionate about zero harm, and have the ability to influence change and articulate at all levels to ensure all employees are safety conscious.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing & maintaining relationships with our client base
  • Promoting and leading Zero Harm Safety culture
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of OH&S procedures based on company policies and project requirements
  • Leading incident investigation and recommending actions to prevent future occurrences
  • Providing support, coordination and advice on HSE practices, systems and procedures
  • Maintaining comprehensive HSE records and managing all statutory HSE reporting requirements

 

Key Attributes:

  • Thorough knowledge of Commonwealth, State, EHS/HSE Acts, Legislation, Regulations, Australian Standards and Codes of Practice.
  • Diploma in Safety / OHS
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Solid computer literacy skills 
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Due to the nature of the work, the roles require relevant industry (infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Resources) experience.
  • Construction HSE experience (9+ years)
  • Current drivers licence
