JSW Australia is an industry leader in blast hole, geothermal, water well, grade control, reverse circulation, diamond and air-core drilling. The company currently services Australia's major blue chip resource companies in the mining and oil & gas sectors.
Due to the award of a new long term contract, we are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner. This position will be responsible for planning the maintenance function of a large rotary blast hole drilling fleet and support equipment on a project in central Queensland. This position will provide an attractive remuneration package and roster for the right candidate.
Position Requirements
- Working knowledge of large rotary blast hole surface drills and ancillary equipment.
- Minimum 3 years experience in planning the entire maintenance function of a blast hole drilling fleet.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft project and maintenance software.
- Ensure safe operations in compliance with Safe Work Systems, along with knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation.
- Ability to pass all medical, drug and alcohol, police and site clearance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Trade certified in heavy duty/ diesel mechanics is beneficial but not essential.
