An ASX listed Oil & Gas business in Brisbane is looking for a site stock controller to assist on a contract basis for a period of 4-8 weeks. 

Working in a new production site, you will assist in getting systems and procedures in place and help fill the gap in the interim. This role will be FIFO Monday to Friday leaving Brisbane 6am Monday and returning at 5pm on Friday afternoon. 

Key duties will include:

• Processing stock orders from requests received from site staff. 
• Liaising with suppliers regarding orders
• Raising PO's 
• Entering purchases into the system and updating the system once stock has arrived
• Updating the stock system and putting all stock on the system as there is stock not on the system
• Organising stock in the warehouse
• Putting together and improving systems and processes 
• Assisting to get Work Orders in the system
• Creating inventory items in the system

To be successful in this role, you must have experience working within the oil & gas industry and have significant experience at warehousing/stock. If you have experience with Pronto, this will be an advantage. You will be available to start immediately and be happy working a FIFO Monday to Friday position.
