About the Position:
The role is site-based and offered on an 8:6 roster FIFO ex Perth. In this role, you will report directly to the Registered Mine Manager on site and the Leadership Team based in the Perth Head Office. You will be responsible for providing site leadership and support to a team of Health, Safety and Environment Advisors. You will ensure the timely delivery of all key reports and ensure HSE compliance is met with all relevant legislation.  You will be responsible for engaging with and managing internal and external stakeholders and ensure that the HSE Management System is kept up-to-date. Ultimately, you will be responsible for all HSE matters on site.
  
Education and Experience:
  • 8+ years mining industry experience in HSE (preferably underground).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Health, Safety, Environment, Training or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in the management of teams and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in the management of internal and external stakeholders.
  • ISO 14001 Lead Auditor in Environmental Management Systems (desirable).
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence.
