We are currently seeking an exceptional Safety Advisor for one of our key FIFO projects. The project involves the construction of a tailings dam, with the successful candidate working a 2:1 roster, commencing immediately. Candidates FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Geraldton (WA).
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the candidate will need to have:
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent in OH&S discipline
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years knowledge and experience in a similar role
- Proven knowledge of safety systems and applicable legislation
- Ability to analyse and communicate safety advantages
- Demonstrated and proven commitment to safety, teamed with the ability to drive a positive safety culture
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills, coupled with strong and respectful communication skills
