Your new company
Our client is Australia's largest coal producer and exporter with several mine sites located across the Bowen Basin in Queensland. This company currently has an opportunity available for an Experienced Auto Electrician to start on site working a family friendly lifestyle rotating roster.
Your new role
Our client is seeking an Auto Electrician that have experience working on a QLD Coal Mine. Transportation is available for suitable candidates along with the option of LAHA residential housing allowance for those wishing to relocate their families.
This role will see you working reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for carrying out all auto electrical repairs, maintenance and component change outs on the extensive mobile fleet in field and workshop environments.
What you'll need to succeed
• Trade Qualified Auto Electrician
• Coal Mining experience - Essential
• Standard 11 Induction (or willing to obtain)
• Coal Board Medical (or willing to obtain)
• Must live within safe travelling distance of the Blackwater region
• Proven experience with CAT 6060, Liebherr 9800’s, Hitachi, O&K and Komatsu Open Cut Machinery
