This progressive mining company is looking for a paste fill plant operator/maintainer to join them on a permanent basis at one of their underground operations in WA. They are an industry leading mining company with multiple operations across the state and a strong focus on exploration.

Your key duties will include operating the paste plant, conduct maintenance tasks, update work orders, review SOPs and procurement for parts as required.

Reporting to the Paste Fill Coordinator you will also work closely with the Mining Engineering team and underground management in order to meet production targets in a safe manner.

You will possess proven operational experience in an underground hard rock environment. You will be a strong communicator and able to communicate with stakeholders on all levels. Furthermore you will have a positive and open attitude and the ability to hit the ground running and face the challenges of this interesting mine.
