Our client is looking for experienced Safety Advisor to join their dynamic team. They are an industry leading mining contractor with multiple projects across Australia. 

Reporting to the Project Manager, your key duties will include ensuring that all safety and training procedures are compliant with set standards, complete incident reporting and ensure all personnel are up to speed with procedures. You will actively promote, monitor and implement compliance of personnel with safe work practices. Together with site management you will maintain an excellent safety culture with a focus on safety, training and innovation.
This role will suit someone with outstanding communication skills as you will be providing information to stakeholders on all levels.

You will have proven operational experience in an underground environment. Furthermore, you will have a positive and open attitude and the ability to hit the ground running and face the challenges of this interesting mine. The successful candidates must possess a strong attention to detail. To be considered for this role you must have Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40110, a current “C” Class Western Australian Drivers Licence. It is also desired that you have obtained a St Johns Senior First Aid certificate and a Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety.
