Regional Programme Specialist – Brisbane Corporate Office
Reporting to the Regional Head of Supply Chain – Australia, as the Regional Programme Specialist, you will be required to analyse, identify and support delivery of specific subsections of the Supply Chain Programme of work which enables delivery of the overall Supply Chain Strategy. In addition to general programme management support, this role will support the Regional Head of Supply Chain to drive, deliver and benchmark performance for the business.
Key Responsibilities of this role:
- Provide analytical support to identify areas for improvement from a cost and efficiency perspective to ensure that Supply Chain is focused on these areas.
- Create and maintain Project Management governance, methodology, standards, routines and tools and support embedding of the same.
- Manage and support delivery of subsection of the Supply Chain work programme, including the management of dependencies, risks and issues and reporting of progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate the Group Supply Chain audit planning process, provide input and support with the execution of audits and coordinate the successful close-out of findings.
- Compile monthly performance reports as well as any other ad-hoc reports for the Business Unit.
- Assist with value delivery planning, forecasting and target setting activities
- Support the development of content for executive engagements
- Foster collaborative relationships across the Supply Chain teams and with external stakeholders
You will possess an undergraduate qualification (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, you will have significant experience in the supply chain discipline with specific reference to spend analytics, Project Management and stakeholder engagement. You will have Specialist knowledge in cost management, planning, reporting, change and relationship management as well as knowledge of techniques for analysing, measuring and identifying value leakage
