Your new company
You will be joining one of Victoria's leading electricity distributors who are responsible for providing power to over one million people across the state. As owners of assets such as poles, wires, meters and associated equipment, they deliver safe and reliable electric across the state.

Your new role
You will be responsible for network data validation and executing a standard of test cases to simulate Fault Detection Isolation Restore on each feeder before it is enabled in production. You will be working closely with the FDIR commissioning team and electricity network personnel to dins solutions to issues encountered during the roll out. You will be based in the control room for this assignment in the CBD.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position you will;

• Come from the power/electrical sector
• Have a certificate through Advanced Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Have a solid background in network/systems controlling
• Firm understanding of faults management and electricity operations
• Ideally an understanding of SCADA and/or PowerOn Fusion
  
  What you'll get in return
  In return you will be offered an attractive hourly rate for a 6 month contract with a view to extending on the project which is due to run until the end of 2019.
