We are seeking an experienced Production Trainer Assessor to work DAY SHIFT ONLY to support the Production Training Department with training the New to Industry Operators.
The successful applicant will have the following open cut experience:
- Trainer/Assessor qualifications: Full Cert IV TAE
- Must have experience operating and assessing Cat 789 and Cat D11
- Experience in specialist operational improvement training on mining machinery and completing Verification of Competency’s.
- Able to identify skill deficiency, improve operators skill base to improve productivity.
