To accelerate progress towards this goal we have created a new position in our Risk and Sustainability team, the HSE Business partner.
Reporting to the Risk and Sustainability Manager, you will partner with internal staff and contractors to drive the implementation of our safety strategy and promote positive cultural change. You will also play an important role implementing and maintaining our Forest Certification accreditation and management system. Your leadership, energy and technical skills will underpin your success in implementing a transformative strategy and maximising business objectives.

Key responsibilities:
- Support and promote organisational change to drive a positive behavioural based safety culture
- Provide expert advice in the areas of incident management, risk management and other relevant WHSE technical matters
- Assist with the Sustainable Wood forest certification process including audit preparation, execution and action management

To be successful in this role you will have a relevant qualification with extensive experience in advising and supporting leaders on Risk and Safety in large or complex business teamed with well-developed communication skills.
