Sulles Pty Ltd is offering a full time career opportunity for a mature minded professional to manage our Ballina operations, based in Wollongbar NSW.
Answering to the Operations Manager, the Business Operator will provide HANDS ON operation for the distribution of our frozen goods from our Depot. Product distribution is based on home delivery vending + retail delivery.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to)
- Ensure Van sales operations are conducted in such a manner to enable the highest standard of customer service & satisfaction
- Ensure your branch optimises KPI sales results
- Execute your proven understanding of retail sales, stock receivables + delivery
- Manage the receipt, storage, picking and packing of finished goods, conducted as safely as possible whilst minimising operating expenses
- Safe operation of a Home Ice Cream Van
- This is an on-road position to sell products from a Home Ice Cream Van, direct-to existing + impulse customers. Developing a customer base within an established territory is required

SELECTION CRITERIA
- Current drivers licence for manual vehicle
- The ability to safely operate a Home Ice Cream Van
- Proven customer service and/or retail experience is fundamental
- Sound knowledge of vehicle mechanical system
- Current forklift licence
- Proficient computer skills
- Proven ability to meet organisational goals, + compliance to business systems
- Proven ability to work without supervision
- Attend & fully pass pre-employment medical assessment, + drug & alcohol screen
- Ability to attend Depot call-outs
- Ability to commit to Monday to Friday shifts consisting of afternoon/evening start times (flexibility is required)
- Resume must include employment-related reference contacts for Business Owners and/or Managers
- The right to live & work in Australia
