O'Connor Marketing is looking for confident, outgoing, ambitious individual to help with the rapid expansion of our team based in Sydney NSW.

We currently openings for Entry-level Sales Assistants to join our team!

The Entry Level Sales Assistant responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about client's products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales Assistant, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our client's high standards.

Ultimately, a top-notch Sales Assistant should be able to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting sales goals.

You will be working within a highly successful and close-knit sales team where you will be responsible for direct sales and customer service in your assigned store location. 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

New customer acquisition by assessing customer needs and providing assistance and information on product or service features

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Remain knowledgeable about products and services and promote available options
• Build and develop key relationships with clients
• Desired Skills
• Strong desire to achieve and deliver results
• Experience in retails sales and or sales environment
• Track record of overachieving sales goals
• A friendly, driven and energetic personality with customer service focus
•  Flexibility to work
• Strong communication skills - Competent to deal with client enquiries and issues face to face
• A team player who can work with team members and other departments to achieve results
• The ability to also work autonomously

In addition to the above, you will have the ability to establish, maintain and influence positive relationships with stakeholders. You will be an emerging leader with the ability to influence colleagues and Senior Management.
