We are seeking a confident and experienced Manager for our metropolitan store.
Reporting to the Business Development Managers , you will be responsible for:
- Daily operation of the service station and convenience store.

Providing support and leadership to your team.

Monitoring stock control, food safety, hygiene, safety and security.

Ensuring the store is presentable at all times and the utmost customer service provided.

Staff training and rostering.

Managing budgets and other KPI's

Cash handling.
The successful applicant will ideally possess:

Management experience in retail or customer service.

Positive attitude towards the workplace and the ability to be efficient.

Effective motivational, leadership and coaching skills.

Experience managing KPI's.

Merchandising and presentation skills.

Computer and basic administration skills.
