About the role:

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Store Manager with proven experience managing a team within a retail environment. You will be responsible for leading a team within this store, consistently motivating and driving your team to achieve successful store outcomes. This leadership role is a very customer focused position that will require you to use your nurturing nature to build strong relationships, and let your warm and engaging personality shine!

Skills & Experience:

• Lead and drive your team towards exceptional outcomes
• Similar experience managing a successful team within a similar retailer
• Exceptional customer service and interaction, creating a unique and rewarding experience for customers
• Motivate your team and lead by example
• Proven ability to manage large volumes of incoming and outgoing stock
• Experience in reaching, driving and exceeding KPI's and sales targets
• Create visually appealing merchandising displays
