We are looking for a dynamic hard working Beauty Advisor who has experience and knowledge to join our great team on a Part Time Basis.
Hours: 22 hours per week
The Beauty Advisor's role is vital in the provision of professional service to customers in the cosmetic, skin care and fragrance area. Excellent service is ensured via the support of current promotions and through following cosmetic house guidelines and strategy in order to maximise sales and service in the pharmacy.
In this role you will be required to:
- Project a positive, friendly, enthusiastic manner to both fellow team members and customers alike.
- Actively work on the floor to service sell to all customers through cosmetic and fragrance demonstrations and professional advice, providing a caring and informed service.
- Build and drive business by maintaining a close working relationship with the Cosmetic House Representatives.
- Notify new and existing clients of upcoming promotional events to maximise sales, gain repeat business and build customer loyalty.
- Specialise in Fragrance, Skincare and Cosmetics knowledge and sales
- Maintain a high level of Pharmacy product knowledge to provide outstanding customer service and to be of assistance to all customers at all times.
- Maintain and grow client base to develop customer loyalty and long term repeat business.
- Achieve or exceed sales budgets
- Be confident, comfortable and capable of giving customers the correct product information.
- Stock management including ordering, stock take and merchandising.
Qualifications and Knowledge Required:
- Experience working with cosmetic houses such as Revlon, Rimmel L'Oreal, Maybelline, Natio, Max Factor, Covergirl.
- Passion and knowledge of Fragrance, Skincare and Cosmetics
- Desire to help others
- Retail and Pharmacy knowledge preferred
- Experience in Make Up Application on clients
