We are looking for new Retail Assistants to work in our menswear stores here at M.J. Bale, to help our customers – men of integrity – go and live their life with joy and confidence. To succeed as a Retail Assistant, you will need:

• A collaborative, motivated and can-do attitude
• Positivity and enthusiasm with a passion for people and service
• Sales drive to knock KPI's out of the paddock
• Ability to commit to 25 hours a week from Sunday to Thursday
• Experience of working in apparel retail
