The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Stores Area Manager, this role offers a dynamic and transforming business environment for someone that delivers results and focuses on continuous improvement.
With the support of a Retail Sales Assistant, your responsibilities will include maintaining the highest focus on safety at all times, driving sales growth and performance, team development and coaching, financial and inventory management, marketing, customer relationship management and general leadership responsibilities and reporting.
About you

- A proven track record in Store/Sales leadership
- A results driven approach to sales targets and KPIs
