APS Group is currently seeking reliable, committed and flexible Customer Service Representatives to assist us with various projects in and around Adelaide. We will provide team leaders to support you within your new role. This position offers you flexibility and work life balance as hours are casual between Mondays to Sundays.
All work is project based, so travel opportunities are available as location will change with requirement. Work locations vary from week to week depending on work requirements.
Phone screenings will be held this week and if successful possibility of being placed the week after!
Onsite Duties
- Help customers locate products
Share and enthuse to customers about changes
Be a re assuring presence to customers in store - Customer Service
Primarily you will be supporting the store when relay changes are taking place by ensuring you are up to date with all changes made in the store by the overnight team and being in store support for customers.
What we're looking for
- Passion for customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work in a team, as well as autonomously
- Retail and grocery experience preferred
- Punctual and organized
- Able to work to deadlines with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
- Computer savvy
- Have reliable car
