We are a privately owned Telstra Licensee group currently operating Telstra Stores Airport West, Broadmeadows, Watergardens and Telstra Business Centre Essendon. A rare opportunity to join our team at a senior level has become available.
We are seeking a mature, hard working individual with a passion for achieving results and delivering exceptional sales and customer service. You will need to have a demonstrated ability in team leadership through coaching, sales achievement, and driving results, as well as an enthusiasm for technology and telecommunications.
You will work alongside the Retail Management Team and Licensee's, responsible for leading a team of approximately 10 team members to achieve sales results including a wide range of KPI's whilst delivering excellent customer service.
You will be supporting the team in offering personalised end to end communications solutions to our wide-ranging customer base. This opportunity is perfect for those who thrive in an energetic sales environment and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences as well as building a successful career for themselves.
To be considered a proven ability in management, retail sales and exceptional customer service skills will be essential - a large part of your focus will be managing all the retail operational aspects of the store including visual merchandising and people management. Every customer that enters the store will be greeted by you and matched to the appropriate consultant. Telco experience is preferred but not essential.
To be successful in this role, you will lead from the front spending 90% of your time on the retail floor supporting the team. You will also have the following qualities:
• Proven ability to manage and lead a sales team and generate profits in a dynamic, results focused retail environment.
• Proven ability in developing a strong customer service environment.
• The ability to motivate a sales team to exceed in sales/ KPI's
• An ability to lead from the front, coach and work as part of a TEAM in a store environment
• Be able to multi skill executing several tasks at the same time
• Strong communication skills with an ability to negotiate and win people over
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Operate with integrity and a positive attitude at all times
• Tech Savvy with a strong interest in mobile phones and technology
• Meticulous presentation

You must be available to work on a rotating roster including, late nights and weekends as well as conduct weekly evening training sessions with the team.
