We are opening a new store at Earlville Shopping Centre and are looking for a new Management team!

If you are a driven, disciplined commercial thinking retailer with a positive and infectious attitude, then we want to hear from you! Coupled with this, you will have a passion for retail, a love of customers and a collaborative approach to driving results in your store with your team!

As you know in retail "no two days are the same", so with this in mind we are seeking a person that can juggle many balls!

Your day may look something like this … customer service, stock management, Catalogue set ups, coaching your team on service and sales, managing store sales targets and tasks, implementing instore incentives to drive sales and KPI results, setting up instore promotions, Visual merchandising, managing store expenses including wages, and working with Centre Management to maximise local marketing opportunities to help drive sales performance.  If you are now as officially excited as we are about our business, then read on as this may be just the opportunity to expand your horizons with our business.

About you …

• You have 3 - 5 years' retail or hospitality experience, so we know you will know your stuff
• A strong and experienced leader, leading and managing teams to achieve success
• A high level of business acumen so you can understand your financial reports and know how your business is tracking … not a numbers nut, but you know your way around a report
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment i.e. expert ball juggler
• You are all over understanding loss prevention, and health & safety … yes, we know compliance is important too
• Have a flair for executing marketing campaigns

• A passion for retail, particularly beauty, health and wellbeing, and a genuine commitment to the customer …it's part of your DNA.
